How do I get access to the app?

Request access from the home page and we'll reach out over WhatsApp to get you set up.

I have a dispute about a transaction — what do I do?

Disputes must be raised through the app at the time of pickup. If you've already left the store, email us at support@safedealz.com with your transaction ID and we'll review it.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at support@safedealz.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll process it within 30 days.

I have a privacy request — who do I contact?

For data access, correction, or erasure requests, email privacy@safedealz.com.
